Reservation Policies:

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment, even if you have a gift card.

Cancelation / Rescheduling Policy:

All bodywork sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation window. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of session start time will be subject to a 100% charge.

Rescheduling within 24 hours & up to 4 hrs prior of a session start time with result in a $70 fee. Rescheduling within 4 hours or less of your appointment time will be subject to a 100% charge.

Scope of practice:

Massage therapy is not meant to diagnose, treat or remedy any illness, disease, injury, physical condition, or mental disorder. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor.

All sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature, and are provided within the parameters of Tennessee state law. Any inappropriate behavior, language or jokes will result in immediate termination of the session, and is subject to full charge.

Other things to consider:

We ask our clients to please maintain good hygiene and to shower before coming for their session

If you are sick, please stay home and reschedule. You can do so past the 24hr window by sending us an email at elodiesextonlmt@gmail.com

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, we will still finish on time, and the same amount will be charged, regardless of the time spent on the table.

Communication:

We are here for you, so please make sure to communicate if you need more or less pressure, need to take a break, need some water etc.. We will check on you of course, and, it is also your responsibility to let us know what is coming up for you. We care about you and want you to have the very best experience and benefit from our time together.
